The Ultimate Warrior Workout - How to Get Rid of Love Handles


I read recently about a superb workout and wanted to briefly mention it to you here. This was found in a credible fitness magazine and the example given was of actors who needed to bulk up quickly - for example in 5 weeks. This workout is built around intensity and can have dramatic effect on building muscle and aerobic capability.
This is about getting rid of love handles properly and building shape into your upper body.
This routine is very easy to follow and is outlined below:

Start off by doing 100 repititions using between four and six exercises below:
- pull ups
- push ups
- floor wipes
- jumps onto a 60cm or 2 feet box or step
- deadlift
- clean and press
If you want you can substitute some of the above exercise choices with swiss ball crunches, burpees, dumbell curls etc.


Do ten to twenty five of the above exercises to total one hundred repititions initially but each time you do this build up to three hundred without resting.
How to lose love handles has now become easy with such a routine. It is simple to follow but discipline will be required for implementation.
